If KDE users' want something like Clippy, please have it unobtrusive such as 
AMOR/Kicker plugin and very easy to turn off.  I'm for of more of a 'How do 
I?' type of approach.  I've explained my idea in thread: Addition to 
KHelpcenter,  Seems like some have different ideas about this.  I don't know 
what would be more module and easier to implement and maintain.  I hope it 
warrants some discussion.
