For those of us who aren't mindreaders, how DO you unsubscribe?

Correct list behaviour is to *explicitly* give instructions on how to
manage your account and unsubscribe. Anything less is rude. It only
takes one or two lines:

"To unsubscribe, send a BLANK email to
you_will_never_guess_this_address_without_help@somewhere.com"
"To manage your account, go to http://www.dont.click.here.org"
