I don't understand why I can't see/set some of existing fonts in KDE
(titlebar, menufont, etc.)

For example I have some TT fonts installed, like Chicago, Verdana and
Arial, but in K control center I can see only Chicago font, and therefore
I can't set Verdana!?

I didn't notice this with Type 1 fonts!?
