Some time ago, I suggested:

I have developed an interactive simulation of this. If anyone is
interested in seeing it, please email me and I will send it to you
directly. Its a little large for the discussion group (1200Kb).

If anybody uses or has access to Metacard, I can send a much smaller
copy (only 11Kb), but this isn't a stand-alone executable.
