After an amount of debate that totally took be back, I've been persuaded
that there is a place for OK/Cancel buttons on dialogs. The appropriate
web page
(http://www.esh.uni-linz.ac.at/~mother/hci/dialogs/content.html) has
been updated. The basis for the new section came from a rational
argument put forward by Glen Parker, with sensible considerations put
forward by others.

I can hardly wait to see what people think of it...
