Speaking of that, can anyone tell me if the KDE window manager
is (or will be) customizable enough to be customized to do the
following?:

- move (instead of resize) a window when the window frame
is dragged (using just the corners for resizing)

- lower the focused window when some function key is pressed
- raise the focused window when some function key is pressed

What do I lose (relative to kfm) if I use a non-KDE-aware
window manager?

Finally, can anyone tell me how to get subscribed (not
unsubscribed) to this list? I've tried repeatedly to
subscribe to the KDE mailing lists, but lists other than
- koffice
- kfm-devel
- kde-devel
- kde-core-devel
- kde-artists
don't response with any confirmation message.

(Therefore, please copy me on any reply.)

Thanks,
Daniel
