It even removes the main menu bar to replace it with the middle mouse menu.
This was quite by accident.

If it crashes anything, don't sue me. You patched it in. I think it might crash
apps that mess with their menu after creation, but I've only tested it with
kfind and it seems ok there.

Apply by doing something like:
cd /path/to/kdelibs-1.1/
patch -p1 < /path/to/middle_menu_patch

Note that it's for 1.1 - you can probably apply it by hand for 1.1.1 as it's
tiny.
