Hi,

maybe this was already proposed (I can't find in my archive) but what's
about the following:

1) a drop-down menu on kfm holding the last (and/or most frequently
used) links (incl. icons)
2) a visible reactions on dragging something  to another icon (e.g.
color or 3D-effect if possible and a cross if impossible)
