I'm doing a rpm --rebuild --target i686 for Caldera Workstation 3.1 using
the source rpms from KDE's site.  However, when I try and build kdevelop I
get an error about an incorrect prefix.  Config is checking kde and says
there is no kde header.  I decided to use the binary rpms to finish.
However, kdebase says it' needs kdeconfig.  Where does kdeconfig come from -
the kdevelop build?  How do I either fix the kdedevelop or get kdeconfig?
