Oy Vey! You want me to have MULTIPLE versions of libraries and such 
installed??? How smart is THAT??? Wasn't there a discussion about this 
recently?

I'm sorry... I REALLY don't see the wisdom in installing multiple versions of 
packages other than kernels.
