See the mismatch in directories?  That's why it can't find libqt-mt.la

You have a couple of different options...

1. Add a CFLAG as "-L/usr/local/gcc3/lib" to see if it would fix it.
2. Create appropriate links in /usr/local/src/gcc3/qt-x11-free-3.3.3/lib for
libqt-mt.la.
3. Fix your qt dir passed to the configure script.

It's the mismatch that explains why no version of kdelibs would compile...
