A bookmark in Konqueror's bookmark, and a bookmark in the opendialog sidebar 
would do, I think.

To add a bookmark in the opendialog sidebar, just click right and click 'Add 
entry'.

You get to the opendialog if you start Kate (an editor) and open a file (what 
file is not important, just abandon it).
