We have Lotus Notes at work and I decided to send an appointment invitation to 
my home e-mail address. When I get it in Kmail, it has the appointment 
information in an attachment in .ics format. If I click on that, it gives me 
a chance to open it in Korganizer. Nice! Except for one thing: Korganizer is 
creating a new file for this appointment. If I try to do a "Save As" and save 
it to my existing calendar file, it keeps the one new appointment, but blows 
away all others. Is there any good solution to this?
