Hello all,

  I just checked in my latest changes to kuml_old.  Loading and saving 
of classes in class diagrams now works but  connections of all types are 
still broken.  I also repartitioned the main window so that most space 
is now alloted to the diagram window instead of the tree view.

  All changes to date have been very minor.  Unfortunately progress is 
slow because the code is complex and I'm not very familiar with it.
