Hi,

I'm currently working on a large C++ project where the project of .C and
.H file are stored in a directory tree. It would be a very nice feature
if kdoc could support generation of HTML files across several
directories with a '-r' for recursive option.

When listing methods from link 'List All Methods' it would be nice to
get the ifirst line of documentation of that method as well, like in the
'Annotated List' for classes.

Another thing is that inline methods from headerfiles gets listed twice.
First time with their definition and a second time as their inline
implementation. Not very serious, but annoying.
