Hallo,

Just a me too.  I've teached my users to add/use booksmarks in open/new
FileDialog (mostly to access files on other hosts).

Now I get the FAQ where's the bookmark button in sidebars fileselector.
For them (and me) as well as the orig. withlist submitter this filedialog
looks like (and that's good thing) the 'normal' open/new filedialog.

P.S. I'm impressed by the good changes addition between kate in 2.2.2
