In questi giorni webcvs ha GROSSI problemi di sincronizzazione con il CVS 
centrale, me l'ha confermato persino l'amministratore di webcvs.
Purtroppo non so che dirvi, forse anoncvs funziona meglio ma non lo 
garantisco.
