The problem is that in kdesktop.po I translated "File"
as "file" (in lower case - because it's used in listings, not menus, where I
preferred translating the entries in lower case), so in the Konsole
menu it is displayed as "file", because "File" is missing from konsole.po. 
Buf if you add a "File" message to konsole.po, I can translate it
as "File" there (in upper case) for it's used in that menu only.
