same problem I don't have to repeat it.

Yes, you're the third one to have this problem.

As a quick and dirty fix, try changing

	SP_C_SWITCHES=""

into

	SP_C_SWITCHES=" -c /etc/sgml/sgml-docbook-3.1.cat"

in kdb2html.

We'll try to find the real problem separatly. It's probably autoconf
being unable to determine @SGML_CATALOG_FILES@ variable correctly.
