Hello!

Automatic updating of PO files (for each language) doesn't seem to
work anymore.  POT file templates/kdelibs.pot, for example, says:

       "POT-Creation-Date: 2000-08-02 01:10+0200\n"

but sl/messages/kdelibs.po and de/messages/kdelibs.po (others
probably too) say:

       "POT-Creation-Date: 2000-07-23 01:10+0200\n"

Could someone, please, fix this?
