I don't know, how KBabel should be able to know, when the contents of
the msgstr is correct.
I think, it is up to the translator to check the contents of a
translation, if he changes it.

If you don't like the feature to automatically remove the fuzzy mark,
deactivate it (Editor->"automatically unset fuzzy status" in the
preferences dialog) and remove the fuzzy mark manually 
(edit->"unset fuzzy status").
