A quick fix would be to use in the Ulink the id of the
targetted HTML file;
<ulink url="kcminfo/memoryusageinformation.html">Memory
Usage Information</ulink>
<ulink url="kcminfo/processorinformation.html">Processor
Information</ulink>
(those ids are a bit broken: early conversion - the words
should be separated with dashes).
But this would not work for printing. For a "clean" solution
that works both for HTML and print, I have two ideas.
The first idea is to put the various <book>s that form the
kcontrol documentation into a <collection>.
The second idea is to use OLinks.
At the beginning of the document :
<!ENTITY kcminfo SYSTEM "kcminfo/index.docbook" CDATA SGML>
In the text itself:
<olink targetdocent="kcminfo"
localinfo="memoryusageinformation">Memory usage
information</olink>
<olink targetdocent="kcminfo"
localinfo="processorinformation">Memory usage
information</olink>
I didn't test yet this would be proceeded correctly. Please
give us a day or two and I and Frederik will search the best
solution.

To see with French team if someone remembers. Also have a
look inside of the file. Personally I don't remember :-(. I
just remember that kzip was replaced by ark.

I would say: yes. We left it html because it comes from
outside KDE. Same happened for a few other programs. Usually
I convert them to docbook, but I don't put the docbook
version on CVS. Then I send the docbook version to the
author outside of KDE. Sometimes they accept to switch for
docbook and the included file is okay at the next version.
