Hi,

A first version of the long promised KDE Translation Howto is now
available at http://i18n.kde.org/translation-howto/. (A few words on
the purpose of that server will be following in the next days.)

I'm attaching the table of contents to give a more precise idea what
this Howto is about. Of course, it does not mean all these areas were
really "covered" in there. Often you will just find sort of a commented
link collection to the work of others, esp. the documentation team.
What this Howto should hopefully become in the future is a first
overview for beginning KDE translators and a collection of practical
hints for them.

Everybody is invited, of course, to comment, to contribute, and to
correct.

Kind regards,

Thomas
(KDE i18n coordination)
