Here are some further details about the documentation format change :

First, a remark from the François-Xavier Duranceau, from the French team :
before the 2nd of October, you need to commit only the index.sgml source
files, and the translated screenshots if any.

No need to regenerate the index-n.html "object" files, because we won't store
anymore the html files in the CVS tree, just like we don't store .o object
files.

Is it very clear to anyone that you SHOULD NOT MODIFY the linuxdoc
SGML source after that date ? Also, if you are not currently translating
something, don't start any new translation, you may not have the time to finish
it before the 2nd of october. In case your work is impossible to be finished
before that date, just commit it as is, half written or half translated. You
will be able to continue writing it or translating it when it will be in docbook
format.
