To all documentation national team leaders, writers and translators :

The whole KDE documentation will be converted from LinuxDoc to DocBook on 2nd
and 3rd of October.

I urge you to COMMIT ALL YOUR REDACTION AND TRANSLATION WORK before the 2nd
of October. All your work in progress that will not have been commited WILL BE
LOST. If you're a team leader, please tell all your team's translators
to finish their work as soon as they can, and commit it into the CVS tree
before that date.

You will receive afterwards instructions on how to work with the
new format (used tools, needed cleanup, docbook tutorials, ...). Some
preliminary material is already available at
http://www.kde.org/documentation/docbook, even though some details may still
change in the next days.
