You can find the partly already translated file in
kde-i18n/de/messages/kdegames

This seems to be a problem in KDE 2.0. I tried to switch to german yesterday,
but the only app that came with translated messages was the control module for
setting the languages. Stephan Kulow wrote, that he got similar problems.

The PO-files has moved from the sources to the kde-i18n module (see above)
