Ah, it just so happened that the XML syntax remained correct after the
typo, but a mandatory attribute of the element went missing.

Checking for mandatory attributes was partly implemented in Pology, but
the check itself was never performed, and also indication of mandatory
attributes for Docbook was missing. This has been fixed now, and the
error should be caught by check-tp-kde sieve.
