Hello, Nate reminded me that I need a string freeze exception for this MR:
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kdeplasma-addons/-/merge_requests/511

All this MR does, is change the word "translucent" to "transparent" in the
Sticky Notes widget', purely to match reality of what these options do.

Would a string freeze exception be possible at this point?
