We're not going to add a team until that team has done serious work. 

It happens quite often that people say "I want to do be added!" but then when they \
realize they have to translate thousands of messages they just disappear.

Xəyyam, please have a look at \
https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kf5/team/az/frameworks/ translate some files \
accounting for some thousands of messages, send them to me and once that's done we \
can continue with the rest of the setup of the team.
