Hello Slimane,

Thanks for your email.
Yes we need to start the localization of KDE into kabyle as we already
localized Mint and Ubuntu is coming. Just as a remind, Kabyle is:
- latin-based script
- ltr language (left to right)
- ISO-639-2 alpha 3 code: kab
- Native name: Taqbaylit
- English Name: Kabyle
- CLDR repo: https://st.unicode.org/cldr-apps/v#/kab//

I hope we can get help from the team.
