Some of the strings in dolphin contain simple quotes that need to be translated as \
simple quotes, otherwise the world breaks

It's basically the strings that have a format similar to 
   'Yesterday' (MMMM, yyyy)
i.e. they contain MMMM yyyy in them (or similar)

Let's see if we can get actually a bit of a better context for the future, but \
meanwhile in stable translations you should check your not using " « or some other \
symbol.
