Hi translators,

the past Sunday string freeze has set in for the new stable KDevelop branch, 
5.3.
So please be invited to start translating the new strings or adapting to the 
changed ones.
This freeze affects all the catalogs in the group "extragear-kdevelop".

The needed changes to the infrastructure had been pushed before, so catalogs 
for stable contain the 5.3 strings now.

There is no fixed 5.3 release schedule yet. A first Beta release should happen 
at the begin of September, the final 5.3.0 release hopefully before the end of 
September, depending on availability of release managers.
