The file kde-workspace/plasma-browser-extension.pot seem to only contain 
not-very-human-readable strings. Most of the strings are also duplicated 
several times.

Are we supposed to translate this file? And if so, how (for example, is 
‘options' a word to be translated, or is it reserved keyword that 
shouldn't be translated)?
