Dear All!

I am glad to announce that 3.1.0 Beta release of KEXI, KDb, KProperty
and KReport is available for testing.

Please find it at https://community.kde.org/Kexi/Releases#3.1.0_Beta_1.
If there are no complex issues reported we would have final release on
February 26.

Since the 3.0.2 release KEXI and the frameworks received over 220
improvements and bug fixes.
