Hi,

when you see file disappearing from one branch, please check if they have been 
moved to another branch. This normally means that the application was ported 
to Qt5/Frameworks and the related translations files, including the 
documentation, were moved to the l10n-kf5 branches.

Packagers reported that an issue for the beta of Applications/17.08: few 
documentation files of applications now based on Qt5 (so moved to l10n-kf5) 
were still present on the l10n-kde4 branches (restored after being correctly 
moved to l10n-kf5), leading to a conflict.
