Yes, looks like it. I didn't write those descriptions but it looks like
it's meant to be like quotes, to specify what needs to be passed. Note that
this is documenting the arguments when you do drkonqi --help.

Now that we're at it, maybe these don't need to be translated, since it's a
libexec executable. If you think it's not needed I can remove it.
