Hi all,

Due to the extreme unreliability of the Sanitizer component of the EBN
(ebn.kde.org) I have now disabled it's update procedure.

At this point in time it is no longer possible to continue using this
component as it enters into an infinite loop. This eventually causes
issues with the server hosting the EBN and api.kde.org sites.

If someone wishes to fix this, please let us know - the code can be
found in websites/quality-kde-org on git.kde.org.
