Can you "guarantee" that there will not be a situation where both "next 
stable" for kde4 and kf5 will exist concurrently? 

I thought that the reason for this whole debate, was that KF5 based apps are 
soon to be released as stable, while 4.xx releases are happening at the same 
time?
