Indeed. And it is triggered by the action "Add to Existing Contact".

So my suggestion would be to change the source string to something like
"Email address successfully added to selected contact"
or shorter
"Email address successfully added"
or even shorter
"Email successfully added"

I'd say whatever you folks find more pleasent to translate :-)
