Hi translators,

the settings dialog of dolphin/konqueror has options for Confirmation on the 
General page, but apparently it is not obvious, that these settings are global 
to kde and not dolphin/konqueror specific.

To avoid possible data loss this needs a string freeze exception (2 msg's), 
see https://git.reviewboard.kde.org/r/111324
