Hi translators,

the settings dialog of dolphin/konqueror has options for Confirmation o=
n the=20
General page, but apparently it is not obvious, that these settings are=
 global=20
to kde and not dolphin/konqueror specific.

To avoid possible data loss this needs a string freeze exception (2 msg=
's),=20
