There has been quite some change in how patches are treated since the change 
over to the open governance project control.
Previous any patch had to be basically rewritten to ensure licencing cleaness, 
now with the Qt project CLA in place that is no longer necessary.

Also some module and section maintainers have changes, new people could be 
more open to fixes.

i18n and l10n now also hits more people, e.g. with BlackBerry10 using the Qt 
as well.
