Hi,

I think you mean Kubuntu bug [1]. Kubuntu is our downstream. Sometimes its  
team can fix something but sometimes it cannot (WON'T FIX". The KDE bugs  
should be reported to upstream KDE. The bug is in KDE Bugzilla [1] and it  
is not resolved yet.

KHelpCenter is slightly unmaintained, so it will be good to find a  
maintainer or GSoC student to fix this. We should wait until then and use  
Google and docs.kde.org capabilities to search in help.
