No. It would have to extract exactly whatever the project's
Messages.sh wants to be translated.
For kajongg, this are also things like m18n*() and Rule() - AFAIK
there is no restriction on what Messages.sh delivers
and please do not forget non-C++ source code.
maybe you can simply compare Messages.sh output before
and after commit. The file name of the output is fixed but
you can define the directory by environment variable
