Hi,

Martin Gräßlin from KWin fame asked today if there is a team for 
string review.

I would say, the translators. But that assumption is flawed in theory 
by the fact that translators are not native speakers and in practice 
by the fact that even with teams being at 100% there are strings in 
the original, that do not make sense at all.

Question is: Would it be a good idea to have some sort of mechanism in 
place so that people who want to do string reviews get string changes 
on their desks on commit?
