This bugs me too, but I don't see a clear solution. This message in the PO
file is just the default value for a string that that the (KMail) user can
modify to own liking. So, the user might supply such sentence in which
precisely the nominative is needed. As a solution I can only think of,
first, allowing the user to enter variant placeholders for the expected
possible grammar forms, and second, somehow informing the user about this
possibility; all that on per-language basis. Too much trouble?
