Ask the sysadmins
https://bugs.kde.org/enter_sysadmin_request.cgi
to move your code to kdereview.

Announce the move here so that translation can be moved as well.

Then write a mail do kde-devel@k.o and ask for reviews.

After you have responded to the reviews, fixed the stuff and you have 
no new reviews coming in for a week or two, you can ask the sysadmins 
again to move your code to Extragear.
