Hi all,

Muon and QApt are now in string freeze. The current plan is to release
Muon 1.3 on March 4th, two weeks from now. I have pointed the stable
i18n branches for both muon and libqapt to their 1.3 branches, and
trunk remains pointed to git master.

The biggest change will be the new updater UI, but not too many new
strings have been added since it shares many strings with the ones
common in libmuon.
Strings shouldn't have changed much at all with QApt.
