Hi,

I would like to add a holiday definition for a sub-country region in
KHolidays, which requires one new message in kdepimlibs/libkholidays.po:

  msgctxt "Bosnian and Herzegovinian Region"
  msgid "Republic of Srpska"
  msgstr ""

Is it OK to add it?
