There is also a "problem" in the nl translation in where you translate 

msgid "Questions"
msgstr "Vraag && antwoord"

And && is not valid html, it should be &amp;&amp;

OTOH you could argue that that should be automagically translated, but 
unfortunately this is not what happens, so can you please update it?
